Amritsari kulcha Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

Amritsari kulcha is a popular North Indian bread stuffed with a spicy potato filling. It is a flavorful and satisfying dish that is often served with chole (chickpea curry) or raita. The kulchas are made with a combination of all-purpose flour and whole wheat flour, giving them a soft and chewy texture. They are traditionally cooked in a tandoor, but can also be made on a stovetop or in an oven.
