How to Make Amritsari Fish Fry Recipe

1 in a bowl take your fish and add salt, asafoetida, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, gram flour, flour and carom seeds.

1 heat some oil in a pan and fry the fish in it.

2 take the fish out and fry it again in the same oil and sprinkle some chat masala on top.
