- 0.40 Pieces Onion
- 0.40 Pieces Tomato
- 1/5 Tsp inger garlic paste
- To Taste Salt
- To Taste Red chilli powder
- 1/5 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/5 Tsp aram masala
- 1/5 Tsp Chana masala
- 1/5 Tsp Aamchur
- As Required Coarinder leaves
- 0.40 Tbsp Oil

How to Make Amritsari Chane Recipe
STEP 01
Boil the chane in pressure cooker
STEP 02
Add oil in a pan. Then add ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, tomato. Cook it for 5 minutes.
STEP 03
Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chana masala, garam masala, aamchur powder and mix well.
STEP 04
Saute for 2 minutes then add boiled chane and water. Then cook it for 10 minutes.
STEP 05
Then garnish the chane with Coarinder leaves
