Ingredients for Amritsari Chane Recipe

  • 0.40 Cups chane
  • 0.40 Pieces Onion
  • 0.40 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/5 Tsp inger garlic paste
  • To Taste Salt
  • To Taste Red chilli powder
  • 1/5 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/5 Tsp aram masala
  • 1/5 Tsp Chana masala
  • 1/5 Tsp Aamchur
  • As Required Coarinder leaves
  • 0.40 Tbsp Oil

Directions: Amritsari Chane Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil the chane in pressure cooker
  • STEP 2.Add oil in a pan. Then add ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, tomato. Cook it for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chana masala, garam masala, aamchur powder and mix well.
  • STEP 4.Saute for 2 minutes then add boiled chane and water. Then cook it for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Then garnish the chane with Coarinder leaves
