Ingredients for Amla thecha Recipe

  • 75 grams Amla—
  • 1/4 cup Peanuts—
  • 1 tablespoons Mustard oil—
  • 1/2 teaspoon Haldi—
  • 1/2 teaspoon Jeera—
  • 1 nos Green chilli—
  • 1/2 teaspoon White TIL—
  • 0-1/2 nos Garlic— cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Hing—
  • 1/2 nos Green coriander— small bunch
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice—

Directions: Amla Thecha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Step 1
  • STEP 2.In a pan heat oil throw jeera hing garlic haldi salt and chopped Amla
  • STEP 3.Step 2
  • STEP 4.Once Amla softened add peanut til n green chilli
  • STEP 5.Cook for 5 minutes
  • STEP 6.Add coriander bunch and coarsely blend after cooling
  • STEP 7.Pour lemon juice into it
  • STEP 8.Step 3
  • STEP 9.Enjoy this spicy tangy thecha with your parantha rice or roti and bhakri
