  • 2.25 A, Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • as needed A Few Curry Leaves

  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into small cubes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add curry leaves and chopped green chilies.
  • STEP 3.Add the cubed potatoes and cook until they turn golden brown. Then, add the chopped amla and mix well.
  • STEP 4.Cover the pan and cook on low heat until the potatoes and amla are cooked through.
  • STEP 5.Season with salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.

  • You can adjust the spice level according to your taste by adding more or less green chilies and red chili powder.
