  • 250 gram Amla
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds
  • 0.13 teaspoon Asafoetida
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar

  • STEP 1.Wash and pat dry the amla berries. Cut them into small pieces and remove the seeds.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, and asafoetida. Add the amla pieces and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 3.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and vinegar. Mix well and cook until the amla pieces are soft and the flavors are well combined. Store in a sterilized jar.
