This can be made very quickly if you have dosa batter ready in hand and it is such a flavourful and healthy uthappam. It can be served as breakfast/dinner. I have adapted this recipe from a tamil cookbook written by chef jacob and altered it a little. This is a great way of adding vitamin c rich amla in your dish.
