The exclusive varieties of biryanis include saffron. In most biryanis, the main ingredient that accompanies the spices is the chicken and mutton. The ambur chicken biryani is prepared using the jeeraga samba rice along with chicken and mutton. The flavors of the ambur chicken biryani are very well mixed up that the final dish is immensely exotic.
