  • 300 gram cake flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 45 gram butter, room temperature
  • 180 gram Sugar
  • 60 gram Miso Paste
  • 1 egg

Directions: Amashoku Recipe

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 480f
  • STEP 2.In a bowl mix cake flour and baking powder , in another bowl mix baking soda and milk
  • STEP 3.In a bowl mix butter , sugar, miso paste and egg, add the milk mix
  • STEP 4.Mix the flour mixture with the batter
  • STEP 5.Put the batter in a piping bag and on a baking sheet
  • STEP 6.Bake in the oven for 10mins
