Ingredients for Alsi Ki Pinni Recipe

  • 250 gram alsi
  • 4 tablespoon Ghee
  • 150 gram Jaggery
  • 100 gram grated coconut
  • 50 gram Gond
  • 50 Nos almonds
  • 10 gram Pistachios

Directions: Alsi Ki Pinni Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Dry roast alsi in a pan on medium to low flame for 2-3 mins.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Let it cool down,and then grind to make a fine powder.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Cut almonds and pistachios into fine pieces.
  • STEP 4.Add ghee in a pan and heat it. add alsi powder and roast it for 2-3 mins at medium flame.
  • STEP 5.Separately in a pan add ghee and fry the gond at low flame. Let gond cool down a bit then grind into a fine powder. Using the same pan add jaggery and melt it.
  • STEP 6.Then add the roasted alsi into the pan alongside jaggery .Now add ground gond , grated coconut and dry fruits. Mix thoroughly. Turn off the flame and make balls of the mixture of desired size.
