  • 1 nos large potatoes
  • As required boiled and mashed
  • 0.13 cup bread crumbs (for binding)
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  • As required salt to taste
  • As required oil for shallow frying
  • As required For toppings
  • 1/2 cup crushed nachos
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp siracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 0.13 cup Chickpeas
  • As required Cooked
  • 0.13 cup boiled potatoes
  • As required FOR SAUCES
  • 1.50 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • 1.50 tbsp mint-coriander chutney
  • 0-1/2 tbsp Yogurt
  • As required whisked (optional for cooling effect)
  • 0-1/2 tbsp Sriracha

Directions: Aloo Tikki Nachos ♥️ Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, bread crumbs, cumin powder, chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Shape the mixture into small, flat rounds (like mini tikkis).
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and shallow-fry the tikkis until golden and crispy on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
  • STEP 4.Top the tikkis and nachos with chopped onions, tomatoes,chickpeas and potatoes
  • STEP 5.Drizzle tamarind chutney, mint-coriander chutney, and yogurt over the tikkis and nachos.
  • STEP 6.Add sriracha or hot sauce for extra spice.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh Pomegranate small sev and a sprinkle of chaat masala, if you like.
  • STEP 8.Serve immediately to enjoy the warm, crispy tikkis and nachos with the fresh, tangy toppings.
