- 2 Pieces pcs boiled potatoes
- 1/4 cup Soaked chana dal
- 1/2 cup Cornflour
- 1.50 tbsp Refined oil
- 1/4 Tsp Tea spoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 Tsp Tea spoon red chilli powder
- As Required As per taste Salt
- 1/2 g Coriander leaves for garnish

How to Make Aloo Tikki Recipe
STEP 01
Take a bowl and put the boil potatoes make into a paste. Now put little solved Terminus powder red chili powder in it and mix it well.
STEP 02
Now at so chana dal into the batter and mix it well. Now take another bowl and put some corn flour in it. Now take a small piece of dough and make them into round pieces. Spread the cornflour on these pieces properly.
STEP 03
Now take a fry Pan and put in refined oil and turn on the flame. Now put the round pieces in that oil till their colour changes to Little Brown
STEP 04
Turn off the flame after 5 to 10 minutes. Aloo Tikki is ready we can serve it with the garnish of some coriander leaves.
