Ingredients for aloo tikki Recipe

  • 1.33 Pieces pcs boiled potatoes
  • 0.17 cup Soaked chana dal
  • 0.33 cup Cornflour
  • 1 tbsp Refined oil
  • 0.17 Tsp Tea spoon turmeric powder
  • 0.17 Tsp Tea spoon red chilli powder
  • As Required As per taste Salt
  • 1.33 g Coriander leaves for garnish

Directions: Aloo Tikki Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl and put the boil potatoes make into a paste. Now put little solved Terminus powder red chili powder in it and mix it well
  • STEP 2.Now at so chana dal into the batter and mix it well. Now take another bowl and put some corn flour in it. Now take a small piece of dough and make them into round pieces. Spread the cornflour on these pieces properly.
  • STEP 3.Now take a fry Pan and put in refined oil and turn on the flame. Now put the round pieces in that oil till their colour changes to Little Brown
  • STEP 4.Turn off the flame after 5 to 10 minutes. Aloo Tikki is ready we can serve it with the garnish of some coriander leaves.
