STEP 1.Mash the boiled potato with a fork or masher.
STEP 2.Take a jar and grind 2slice of white bread to fine powder.
Cooking Directions
STEP 1.Take the mashed potatoes in a bowl and add 3tbsp powdered bread.
STEP 2.Add the chopped green chillies, ¼ tsp turmeric powder and 1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder. Mix well.
STEP 3.Add coriander leaves,2tbsp rice flour, salt to taste and mix well.
STEP 4.Make medium sized balls. Gently press it with your palm. Do the same until there is no mixture left.
STEP 5.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the tikkies in medium flame and flip it after 2 minutes.
STEP 6.When the tikkis become crispy, transfer it to a paper towel/plate.
STEP 7.Aloo Tikkis are ready to be served.

STEP 1.The quantity of green chilli can vary according to preference.
STEP 2.Corn flour or rava can be used instead of rice flour.
STEP 3.Chat Masala or garam masala can also be added.
STEP 4.If the prepared mixture is too sticky, then powdered bread or rice flour can be added. Mix well.
