Ingredients for aloo sandwich Recipe

  • 1 Pieces Bread slice
  • 1/2 Pieces Boiled potato
  • 1/2 Pieces Finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 Pieces Finely chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 Pieces Finely chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Green chilli
  • As Required as per taste Black Pepper
  • as required Salt
  • 1 tsp Butter/ghee

Directions: Aloo Sandwich Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly, mashed potato add onion, capsicum, cucumber, coriander leaves, green chilli.
  • STEP 2.Add black pepper,salt, chaat masala mix well.
  • STEP 3.Take one slice apply potato stuffing then another slice spread gently.
  • STEP 4.Heat tawa greese with butter cook it turn on golden brown both side
  • STEP 5.Cut diagonally sandwich. Serve with ketchup and green spicy chutney
