How to Make Aloo Patta Gobi Matar Sabzi Recipe
STEP 01
Prepare cabbage and potato slices.
STEP 02
Heat the oil. Add cumin, turmeric powder, green chili hing and coriander powder and fry.
STEP 03
Add potatoes, peas, cabbage, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt and fry till soft. Aloo gobi sabzi is ready.
STEP 04
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti/puri/paratha.
