Ingredients for Aloo paratha Recipe

  • 1/4 Pieces Potatoes
  • 1 Pieces Onions
  • As Required For Ganishing Coriander leaves
  • 1 Cup Mint leaves
  • As Required salt as per taste
  • 1 Tsp tps red Chilli powder
  • 1 Cups Wheat flour
  • 1/2 g butter cube
  • 1 cup water

Directions: Aloo Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.1) Take a bowl put wheat flour with help of water make dough.
  • STEP 2.2) Take a bowl put boiled potatoes and mash it and add coriander leaves, mint leaves, onion.
  • STEP 3.3) Mix well add red Chilli powder, salt.
  • STEP 4.4) Mix well and the batter is ready.
  • STEP 5.5) Take a small ball from dough make small roti apply oil a red Chilli powder, potato batter.
  • STEP 6.6) Fold it and make roti.
  • STEP 7.7) Take a pan to apply butter on pan a put roti a roast from. Both sides.
  • STEP 8.8) Your yummy Aloo paratha is ready to Serve.
