  • 1 Large Potatoes, Boiled And Mashed
  • 100 gram Paneer, Crumbled
  • 1/2 Small Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger, Grated
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander Leaves, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil the potatoes until they are soft and mash them well.
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, crumbled paneer, finely chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 3.Mix everything together until well combined and form small patties or tikkis.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the tikkis until golden brown on both sides.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure to boil the potatoes until they are completely cooked and soft for easy mashing.
