Ingredients for Aloo Paneer Bread Pakora n Tea Recipe

  • 2 nos slices White Bread
  • 1 nos Slices paneer
  • 2 tsp Green coriander and mint chutney
  • As required Oil for deep frying
  • As required For the stuffing
  • 1/2 cup boiled and mashed Potatoes
  • 1/2 nos small onion finely
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • 1/4 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp amchoor (dry mango) powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chat Masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp chopped green coriander leaves
  • As required For the Batter
  • 3/4 gram flour (besan)
  • 1.50 tbsp Rice Flour
  • 1/4 tsp carom seeds (Ajwain)
  • 1/4 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 0.13 tsp baking soda
  • As required Water

Directions: Aloo Paneer Bread Pakora N Tea Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a large bowl, mix together boiled and mashed potatoes, finely chopped onions ginger garlic paste, cumin powder (jeera), coriander powder (dhania), salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder, amchoor (dry mango powder), chat masala powder, garam masala powder, and chopped green coriander leaves. Mix well and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.Next, prepare the batter. In another bowl, mix together gram flour (besan), rice flour, carom seeds (ajwain), salt, and Kashmiri red chilli powder. Add in water and mix into a smooth batter. Let it rest for a while.
  • STEP 3.To prepare the pakodas, take 4 slices of bread. Spread green chutney generously on all the slices.
  • STEP 4.Next, spread the potato stuffing evenly on all the slices.
  • STEP 5.Finally, place the paneer on one of the slices and cover it with the other slice. Press down a bit. Cut it into half diagonally.
  • STEP 6.Add the baking soda to the batter and mix well.
  • STEP 7.In the meantime, heat oil for deep frying.
  • STEP 8.Dip the prepared sandwich into the batter and wipe off the excess.
  • STEP 9.Deep fry on high heat till lightly colored.
  • STEP 10.The Potato Paneer Bread Pakoras are ready to serve. Sprinkle some chat masala on top and serve
