Ingredients for aloo mattar ki sabzi Recipe

  • 1 tsp oil4 tsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp 1 onion
1 tsp
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/2 Pieces Potato
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup ½ cup green peas 100 g
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 g reen chilli (slit)
  • 1/2 tsp ½ tsp g
  • 1/4 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)

Directions: Aloo Mattar Ki Sabzi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly in a pan heat 2-3 tsp oil and add cumin seeds and saute it.
  • STEP 2.Now add finely chopped onion and saute well.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger garlic paste and saute untill raw smell goes away.
  • STEP 4.Now add 2 finely chopped tomatoes and saute till the tomatoes turn soft and mushy.
  • STEP 5.Now add turmeric powder salt red chilli powder garam masala and mix it well.
  • STEP 6.Now add green peas and tomatoes and mix it well cook for next 10-15 minutes.
  • STEP 7.When potatoes and peas gets cooked turn off the flame.
  • STEP 8.Allo matar sabzi is ready to serve
