Ingredients for Aloo matar samosa Recipe

  • 0.33 cup 1 cup
  • 0.17 cup Wheat flour
  • 0.67 g spoons of ghee
  • 0.33 tablespoon Of oil
  • 0.33 tsp 1 Tsp
  • 0.33 Cup bowl of dry boiled peas
  • 0.33 tbsp 1 tbsp oil 1 teaspoon
  • 0.33 teaspoon Of coriander
  • 0.17 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 0.33 teaspoon Garam masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.33 teaspoon of green coriander
  • 2 g Oil for frying
  • 2 g For serving: red chutney
  • 1.67 g reen chutney

Directions: Aloo Matar Samosa Recipe

  • STEP 1.First soak the dry peas for 5 hours. Boil the potatoes and peas.
  • STEP 2.Add salt to the flour and add oil, ghee, tie the dough and cover it and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  • STEP 3.For filling: Heat oil in a pan, add asafoetida, add all the spices and boiled potatoes and peas. Allow the filling to cool.
  • STEP 4.Roll out a large loaf of flour and cut it in two from the middle. Now apply water on the edge of one part and bend it like a cone. Now fill a spoonful inside the cone, apply water on the edge and stick it evenly to prepare the samosa. Prepare all the samosas in this way.
  • STEP 5.Once the oil is hot, fry it on low heat till it turns brown in color. Samosa is ready...serve it with red chutney or green chutney.
