  • 1.67 nos Boiled baby potatoes
  • 0.33 cup Peas
  • 0.67 tbsp mustard oil
  • 0.33 nos chopped onion
  • 0.67 nos chopped green chillies
  • 0.33 tsp Chopped ginger
  • As required Chopped garlic tsp
  • 0.33 nos chopped tomato
  • As required coriander for garnishing
  • 0.33 tsp Jeera
  • 0.33 nos Hing pinch
  • 0.17 tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.33 tsp coriander powder
  • As required Garam masala tsp
  • As required Salt as per taste

Directions: Aloo Matar Ki Sabzi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel the potatoes and slice them
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in aa pan
  • STEP 3.Add jeera and hing
  • STEP 4.Add chped onions garlic green chilles ginger
  • STEP 5.Cook till onions turn golden
  • STEP 6.Add tomato
  • STEP 7.Add salt turmeric powder Coriander powder and garam masala
  • STEP 8.Give a quick mix
  • STEP 9.Add peas and lower the heat
  • STEP 10.Add potatoes and mix well
  • STEP 11.Add water and bring to boil
  • STEP 12.Mash some potatoes in the pan
  • STEP 13.Remove when the peas are done
  • STEP 14.Garnish with copped Coriander leaves.
