  • 1/2 Pieces Onion chopped
  • 1/2 Tsp reen chilli chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp Fresh coriander chopped
  • 1/4 tbsp Mustard seeds
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.13 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tbsp amchur (dry mango) powder
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala powder

How to Make Aloo Ki Sukhi Bhaji Recipe

STEP 01

Boil the potatoes and cut into square pieces

STEP 02

Chopped onion and green chillies.

STEP 03

kadai .Then add oil when properly hot add mustard seeds when cracked add onion and green chilli stir it .now add spices

STEP 04

Now stir it now add potatoes and coriander

STEP 05

Stir again and cover 5 minutes

STEP 06

Sukhi batata ni bhaji is ready for serve you can enjoy it with roti or paratha,rice,bhungada.
