Ingredients for Aloo ki sukhi bhaji Recipe

  • 1 g big size boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion chopped
  • 1/2 Tsp reen chilli chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp Fresh coriander chopped
  • 1/4 tbsp Mustard seeds
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.13 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tbsp amchur (dry mango) powder
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 Tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin seeds

Directions: Aloo Ki Sukhi Bhaji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil the potatoes and cut into square pieces
  • STEP 2.Chopped onion and green chillies.
  • STEP 3.kadai .Then add oil when properly hot add mustard seeds when cracked add onion and green chilli stir it .now add spices
  • STEP 4.Now stir it now add potatoes and coriander
  • STEP 5.Stir again and cover 5 minutes
  • STEP 6.Sukhi batata ni bhaji is ready for serve you can enjoy it with roti or paratha,rice,bhungada.
