STEP 1.Take a bowl add wheat flour,carom seeds,salt and oil and mix well.
STEP 2.Add little water at a time and knead into a soft dough.
STEP 3.Keep aside for 15 mins.
STEP 4.Peel and mash the boiled potatoes.
STEP 5.Heat oil in a pan.
STEP 6.Add cumin seeds to crackle.
STEP 7.Add mashed potatoes,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt,green chilly and coriander leaves and mix well.
STEP 8.Saute for 4 - 5 mins.
STEP 9.Now stuffing is ready.
STEP 10.Divide the dough into equal size balls.
STEP 11.Stuff the filling in the dough and roll into balls.
STEP 12.In a pan heat the oil and add the puri lower the heat and fry till light brown.
STEP 13.Serve hot.
