STEP 1.Wash and peel potatoes. Cut them into thin slices Combine all the pakora batter ingredients and mix until smooth.v
STEP 2.Heat oil in a deep saucepan. Coat each potato slice into the batter and dip in the medium- hot oil.
STEP 3.Let the pakoras fry in the oil until they turn light golden in colour flipping the pakoras in between.
STEP 4.Remove from the oil using a slotted spoon, and place on a paper towel to absorb any remaining oil
STEP 5.Serve hot with green chutney, tomato sauce and kadak masala chai. (see recipe)
