How to Make Aloo Kalonji Recipe

STEP 01
Roast the dry masala. Make powder of the roasted masala.

Make green chili and garlic paste. Make cuts on two sides of the potato.

Put some mustard oil in a kadhai.On sim gas fry the potatoes, add salt

Cover the lid till the potatoes get golden. Add the dry masala powder.

STEP 01
Keep stirring to prevent the burning of masala. Add the green masala paste to it.

Cover the lid for 8--10 mins. Add 2 tbsp amchur powder to it.

STEP 01
Cover the lid for another 5 minutes. Mix it well.
