Ingredients for Aloo Kalonji Recipe

  • 2-3 teaspoon Coriander seeds
  • 2-3 teaspoon panch phoran
  • As required Green chili
  • 1 Garlic
  • As required Amchur powder
  • As required Mustard oil
  • As required Salt

Directions: Aloo Kalonji Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Roast the dry masala. Make powder of the roasted masala.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Make green chili and garlic paste. Make cuts on two sides of the potato.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Put some mustard oil in a kadhai.On sim gas fry the potatoes, add salt

step 4

  • STEP 1.Cover the lid till the potatoes get golden. Add the dry masala powder.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Keep stirring to prevent the burning of masala. Add the green masala paste to it.

step 6

  • STEP 1.Cover the lid for 8--10 mins. Add 2 tbsp amchur powder to it.

step 7

  • STEP 1.Cover the lid for another 5 minutes. Mix it well.
