  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil the potatoes until they are tender, then peel and mash them.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, chopped onions, and green chilies. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. Then add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add the mashed potatoes to the pan and mix everything together. Cook for a few more minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
