Ingredients for Aloo gobhi ki sabji Recipe

  • 1 cups Potato cubes
  • 1 cup Cauliflower
  • as required Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 0.13 tbsp Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves

Directions: Aloo Gobhi Ki Sabji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a pan and add some oil.
  • STEP 2.Add potato, cauliflower, salt, turmeric mix it, well cover and cook 10 min.Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, coriander leaves and mix it well.
  • STEP 3.Ready to serve with roti or rice.
