Ingredients for Aloo gobhi ki sabji Recipe

  • 1/4 Kg gobhi (cauliflower)
  • 1/2 Pieces medium size potatoes
  • 3/4 Pieces onions sliced
  • 3/4 Tbsp oil
  • 1/4 Tsp jeera
  • 1/2 Tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 Tsp jeera powder
  • 0.13 Tsp haldi powder
  • 1/4 Tsp dhania powder
  • 1/4 Tsp garam masala
  • 3/4 Tbsp oil
  • 1/2 g reen chillies chopped
  • 1/4 Tbsp chopped coriander

Directions: Aloo Gobhi Ki Sabji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in kadhai .Then add jeera when it crackles add the sliced onions leave onions fry till golden brown. Then add the cauliflower and potatoes. Mix and stir fry for few mins....
  • STEP 2.Then add the red chilli powder, dhania powder, haldi powder, jeera powder, garam masala and salt mix it well .then add the remaining onions stir fry for few mins then add the chillies and coriander leaves. Cover and cook on slow flame till the potatoes are done......
  • STEP 3.Ready to serve....
