Ingredients for aloo gobhi Recipe

  • 125 gm Cauliflower
  • 1.75 Pieces Medium size potatoes
  • 3/4 Pieces Medium size tomato
  • 3/4 Pieces Medium size onion
  • 3/4 g 3-4 g
  • sprig few sprigs Coriander
  • 3/4 g as per requirement Oil for fry potatoes and cauliflower

Directions: Aloo Gobhi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and Chop all vegetables
  • STEP 2.Now put a Pan on flame and put oil in that. Once oil is heating then put chopped potatoes in that and fry them, after fried potatoes, fry the chopped cauliflower
  • STEP 3.When potatoes and cauliflower fried well, then put a pan on flame and put 2 tbsp oil in that and once the oil is heating then fry jeera, and after fried jeera put chopped onion in that and fry it well, after fried onion, put chopped totamtos and green chilli and fry them as well.
  • STEP 4.Once they fried well, then put all masalas as per taste (turmeric, red Chilli Powder, coriander powder, sabzi masala, garam masala, salt, hing etc) and mix them and fry few minutes
  • STEP 5.After fried all masalas, put fried
  • STEP 6.Now you can serve this delicious fried aloo gobhi ki sabzi with puri or paranthas (as per your taste)
