Ingredients for Aloo gobhi Recipe

  • 1/2 Pieces aloo
  • 0.13 Pieces gobhi
  • To Taste Salt
  • 0.13 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.13 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.13 Tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 Pieces Onion
  • 1/4 Pieces Tomato

Directions: Aloo Gobhi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut the aloo and cauliflower.
  • STEP 2.Then take a pan and Grease it.
  • STEP 3.Add cumin seeds to it then add onions and tomatoes
  • STEP 4.Then add salt and red chilli powder along with turmeric powder and coriander powder
  • STEP 5.When the masala is prepared add aloo and gobhi in it
  • STEP 6.Allow it to cook in steam on simmer flame for half hour
  • STEP 7.Serve hot.
