How to Make Aloo Gobhi Recipe
STEP 01
Cut the aloo and cauliflower.
STEP 02
Then take a pan and Grease it.
STEP 03
Add cumin seeds to it then add onions and tomatoes
STEP 04
Then add salt and red chilli powder along with turmeric powder and coriander powder
STEP 05
When the masala is prepared add aloo and gobhi in it
STEP 06
Allow it to cook in steam on simmer flame for half hour
STEP 07
Serve hot.
