Ingredients for Aloo gajar ki sabji Recipe

  • 62.50 gram Carrot
  • 1 Pieces Potatoes
  • 1/2 g reen chillies
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Red chili powder
  • As Required as per taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp amchoor powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 0.13 tsp Jeera seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
  • As Required as per taste Salt
  • As Required As needed oil

Directions: Aloo Gajar Ki Sabji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel and cut the potatoes and carrot.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a wok add hing and cumin seeds when splutters add red chilli powder,haldi,coriander powder and roast it.
  • STEP 3.Now add cut carrot and potatoes and mix well,cover and cook till soft the both veggies.
  • STEP 4.After soft the veggies add garam masala, amchur and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot with chapati.
