  • 1/4 Cups Chana dal
  • 1/4 Pieces aloo
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger crushed
  • 1/4 tsp jeera
  • 1/4 tbsp Ghee
  • 1/4 tsp refined oil to b added to ghee
  • 1/4 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • As Required Curry leaves
  • 1/2 g reen Chilli
  • A Pinch Hing
  • 1/4 Tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin seeds

Directions: Aloo Chana Dal Sabji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Now you have just cooked chana Dal with boiled potatoes,you can..see the consistency should b not melted Dal but cooked just Dal...it gives taste needed
  • STEP 2.Now prepare chaunk .heat ghee n oil add mustard seeds ,,cumin seeds,hing ,add chilli nf when splutter,add ginger n then tomato,
  • STEP 3.Once tomato cooked nd add thid temper in chana dal ,potato mixture and cook for 2 to 3 minutes now at last lemon juice chope coriander leaves and serve with Roti paratha or rice.
