Ingredients for Aloo brinjal Recipe

  • 1/2 pieces Baingan (cut into long pieces)
  • 1/2 pieces medium sized potatoes (cut into long pieces)
  • 0.13 cup Peanuts
  • 1/4 g inger piece
  • 2 pieces 8-9 pieces
  • 1.25 pieces 5-6 pieces
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric powder
  • as required Salt
  • as required Oil for deep fry
  • a pinch Fenugreek seeds
  • 1/2 pieces tomatoes rougly cropped
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 tbsp Fresh coriander chopped

Directions: Aloo Brinjal Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly heat oil in a pan and deep fry potatoes and baingan until they become soft. Keep it aside.
  • STEP 2.Now make a smooth paste with tomatoes, ginger, garlic, green chillies, fenugreek, and peanuts.
  • STEP 3.Cook for 5 minutes then add aloo baingan, salt, and some water, as according your want the consistency of gravy, and cook for 7 to 10 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add garam masala and turn off the flame.
  • STEP 5.Aloo baingan masala is ready. Garnish with fresh coriander.
