  • 1/4 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Pureed
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, onions, and ginger-garlic paste. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook until tomatoes are soft and oil separates.
  • STEP 3.Add potatoes, okra, salt, and water. Cover and cook until the vegetables are tender. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
