Ingredients for Aloo Bhaji Recipe
- 3/4 Medium size potatoes boiled, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 piece Large yellow onion chopped into 1
- 1/2 piece Green chiles cut into 1/2" 1
- 2 Basil leaves very thinly sliced *see note below
- 0.06 teaspoon Mustard seeds i used yellow ones
- 0.06 teaspoon Turmeric powder first time using this spice and we really liked the flavor it added to the onions
- 1/4-1/2 tablespoon Fresh coriander or cilantro leaves chopped **see second note below
- 0.06 teaspoon Juice of lime about 1
