STEP 1.First of all wash and cut potatoes, onions and brinjals.
STEP 2.Then put oil in a pan and heat it, add cumin seeds and splutter
STEP 3.Now put chopped onion in it and fry till it becomes golden, then add potatoes and fry for 1 minute, now add brinjal to it and then add coriander powder, red chili powder and turmeric and mix and fry till the oil separates. Add chopped tomatoes and salt, mix and cook the vegetable stirring occasionally until it is cooked well. When the vegetable is cooked well, turn off the gas.
