Ingredients for Aloo aur Suji Tikki... Recipe

  • 1.33 Pieces Medium sized boiled potatoes
  • 0.33 Pieces Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Pieces 3-4 g
  • 0.67 tbsp Coriander chopped
  • 0.33 tbsp Chopped mint
  • to taste Salt
  • As Required Red chilli powder as per taste
  • 0.08 tsp Chaat masala
  • 0.33 tsp jeera
  • 0.33 g Garam masala
  • 2 tbsp 6-7 tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp semolina)
  • As Required Oil for frying

Directions: Aloo Aur Suji Tikki... Recipe

  • STEP 1.Grate the boiled pototoes.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions, chopped coriander, mint, green chillies, all masalas, suji and salt to taste and mix everything well and make a dough.
  • STEP 3.If u feel the mixture is too soft u can add a spoon of suji.
  • STEP 4.Take a nonstick pan.
  • STEP 5.Make some dough and give them cutlets shape and shallow fry...
  • STEP 6.Ur instant yummy cutlets are ready.
  • STEP 7.Serve with chutney of ur choice.
