  • STEP 1.Heat ghee in a pan and roast the almonds until golden brown. Remove and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.In the same pan, roast the semolina until it turns aromatic and golden brown.

  • STEP 4.Add the roasted semolina to the boiling saffron water and stir well to avoid lumps.

  • STEP 6.Add sugar and mix well until it dissolves completely.
  • STEP 7.Finally, add the roasted almonds and mix gently.
