This is the most delicious and gluten-free ghriba of Morocco. It is prepared from almond powder, eggs, orange blossom water, zest of lemon, and powdered sugar.
STEP 1.In a mixing bowl add almond powder, along with that add powdered sugar, a pinch of salt, and zest of a lemon or orange (whichever you prefer).

STEP 2.Now add an egg white, and orange blossom water (if you don’t have it, you can use a little bit of rose water or vanilla).

STEP 3.Once we get a smooth almond paste, wrap it up, and place it in the fridge for 1 hour.

STEP 4.Shape the almond paste into a ball, the size of a walnut, and press a bit to flatten. Then roll it in powdered sugar and place it in the baking pan.

STEP 6.When you are ready prepare your pan, butter it then places the parchment paper.
