Ingredients for Almond Cookies Recipe

  • 50 gram almond flour
  • 100 gram wheat flour
  • 40 gram Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 75 milliliter Oil
  • 1 Nos egg yolk

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl and sieve wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, powdered sugar and mix well.

  • STEP 1.Make small balls of the dough and press it with palms in cookie size.
  • STEP 1.Use the back of fork and press it twice onto the cookies to make a criss cross pattern.
  • STEP 1.Prepare an egg yolk and water mixture.brush each cookie with the mixture.
  • STEP 1.Bake cookies in a pre heat oven at 180 degree celsius and bake them for 10-15 mins until golden brown.

Serving And Storage Methods

  • STEP 1.Once baked well and take cookies out and allow it to cool and store it in an airtight container.
