Ingredients for Almond chocolate cupcakes Recipe

  • 0.40 Cups maida
  • 1/5 Cups Icing sugar
  • 1/5 Tsp Baking powder
  • 1/10 Tsp Baking soda
  • 1/5 Cups Curd
  • 1/5 Tsp Chocolate essence
  • 0.60 Tsp Cocoa powder
  • 1/5 Cups Milk
  • As Required Whip cream
  • 0.60 Tsp Almonds chopped
  • 0.60 Tsp Oil

Directions: Almond Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl mix oil, vanilla essence, powdered sugar. Combine well by electric beater., till the oil mixes well. If the mixture is dry then add more oil and combine well. Then add curd and whisk well. Dry ingredients:- In another bowl, sieve and combine dry ingredients maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt and mix well. Add chopped almonds in it some keep a side and mix well.
  • STEP 2.mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients using fold method. Batter should be lumps free and soft dropping consistency.
  • STEP 3.Heat the pan first, spread salt on the bottom of the pan and place a small dish on it and heat over low heat for 5 minutes. Grease cupcake moulds.
  • STEP 4.With the help scoop pour cake batter into the cupcakes butter paper and moulds. Garnish with chopped almonds.
  • STEP 5.Place plate on a small dish inside the pan. Cover the pan and bake on low flame for 25min.
  • STEP 6.Check with toothpick , if it show not perfect cook then cover and bake for 5 minutes more. Check again if toothpick is clean then remove the cupcakes from pan and cool down it for 5 minute.Eggless Chocolate Almond Cupcakes is ready.
  • STEP 7.You can garnish with chocolate whipped cream also and hugging garnish which chopped almonds choco chips golden sprinkles as you desired.
