1/2 nos big size boiled Potato ( grated or nicely smashed)
0-1/2 nos Red Chilli - Make paste
1/2 tbsp Coriander seeds and Cummins Powder
1/2 tbsp Ajwain
0.13 tsp asafoetida (hing)
0.88 nos to Glass Water
As required handful coriander leaves
As required Pinch of Ashirvaad Salt
Directions: Allo Paratha Waffle Recipe
STEP 1.1) Sift Aashirvaad atta.
STEP 2.2) Add Besan in it.
STEP 3.3) Add remaining ingredients like grated potato, chilli paste, coriander seeds and cummins powder , asafoetida (hing),salt, coriander leaves.
STEP 4.4) Add water in batches and mix well with the help of a whisk. Lumps free batter.
STEP 5.5) Grease the waffle maker with oil.
STEP 6.6) Spread the batter in a waffle maker.
STEP 7.7) Cook well from both sides.
STEP 8.Almost 2-3 min each side on low to medium flame.
STEP 9.8) Allow it to cool and open the waffle maker.
STEP 10.9) Allo Paratha Waffle is ready to serve.
STEP 11.You can serve it with Curd and Pickle. Enjoy
