  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Fenugreek Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tamarind Pulp
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk
  • as needed Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the fish with turmeric powder and salt, and set aside for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, and curry leaves. Saute until the seeds splutter.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions, ginger, and garlic. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and fenugreek powder. Saute for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Add tamarind pulp and coconut milk. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  • STEP 6.Add the marinated fish and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
