- 1/4-0.33 tablespoon powdered sugar plus more for powdering
- 1/25 can dulce de leche

How to Make Alfajores Recipe

STEP 01
Preheat the oven at 350°f and whisk the butter until it becomes soft.

To this add all the dry ingredients and knead a dough.

Make small balls out of this dough and roll them flat into circles.

Pace them in a baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes so they turn golden brown.

Let them cool down for a while and then add the dulce de leche filling on half of the cookies and place the others on top of them.

Sprinkle dine powdered sugar on top and you can also decorate it with some jam or chocolate spread.
