Al Faham Chicken Recipe is a popular Arabian grilled chicken prepared with chicken marinated in Arabian spices, vegetables and barbequed in a charcoal grill or oven.
STEP 1.In a pan, dry roast the whole ingredients for 2-3 mins.

STEP 1.Now let the roasted ingredients cool and then grind it along with turmeric powder.

STEP 1.Wash the chicken(with skin) and dry it with the towel.

STEP 1.Remove the extra skin, fat and break the bones from the chicken. With the help of a knife.

STEP 1.In a blender, blend tomatoes, green chilies, garlic, and ginger. Blend well to form a smooth paste.

STEP 1.Now take out the paste in a bowl and add 1 tbsp Arabic Masala(ground roasted masala) to it. Add 1-1/2 tbsp tandoori masala, lemon juice, and mix it well.

STEP 1.Add a pinch of food color if you want(optional)

STEP 1.Now marinate the chicken with the mixture. Add 2 tbsp oil and mix it well. Cover it and keep it for 6-8 hours.
Step 9
STEP 1.Now grill the marinated chicken on charcoal or bake it in the oven for 40 minutes on 180 degrees.
Step 10
STEP 1.If you are grilling on charcoal then cook it for 6-8 mins from each side.
Step 11
STEP 1.Once cooked apply ghee on both sides and serve.
