Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • STEP 2.In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and garlic until softened.
  • STEP 3.Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 4.In a separate skillet, cook the halibut fillets until they are opaque and flake easily with a fork.
