  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, grated vegetables, onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add water gradually and knead the mixture into a soft dough.
  • STEP 3.Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and flatten them into rotis.
  • STEP 4.Heat a tawa or griddle and cook the rotis on both sides until golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot with coconut chutney or a spicy curry.

Cooking Tips

  • You can add grated coconut or chopped curry leaves for additional flavor.
  • Make sure the dough is not too dry or too sticky. Adjust the water accordingly.
