Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash the rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat the coconut milk and jaggery together until the jaggery melts.
  • STEP 3.Drain the soaked rice and add it to the pan. Cook until the rice is soft and the mixture thickens.
  • STEP 4.Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with nuts and raisins.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot or chilled.
