  • STEP 1.Wash and clean the ajwain leaves thoroughly.
  • STEP 2.In a blender, add the ajwain leaves, green chilies, tamarind, garlic, and salt. Blend until smooth.

  • STEP 4.Pour the blended chutney into the pan and cook for a few minutes until the raw smell disappears.
